Berghaus Guarantee

All Berghaus products are fully guaranteed to the original purchaser against defects in components, materials and workmanship. If the product is found to be defective before use, or fails due to a manufacture, component or material fault, then Berghaus will repair or replace it at its own discretion. Excluded from the guarantee is damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, inappropriate use, incorrect methods of care or repair by persons other than Berghaus or its appointed agents. This guarantee does not confer any rights other than those expressly set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential losses or damages. All enquiries regarding the guarantee should be made to the retailer from whom the product was purchased. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All goods to be returned to the retailer who will deal with your enquiry.

It is essential for both hygiene and for a proper assessment that all items are returned in a clean and presentable fashion.
